On-Site Roof Inspection
Upon a thorough inspection of your roof, we look for any signs of deterioration, weathering, maintenance issues, storm damage or pest related damage that need addressing, such as:
- Decay from freeze-thaw cycles
- Old failed repairs
- Water infiltration points
- Expansion joints
- Failure of caulks or sealants or coatings
- Blistering
- Loose or missing shingles or roof membrane
- Failed flashings
- Ventilation issues
- Gutter or roof drain defects
- Related chimney or skylight or siding issues

- Condensation and staining
Roofing Action Plan
After our evaluation, we will give you a comprehensive plan to address your issues, along with all of your specific concerns.
We’ll provide you with photos or video and written options to best fit your specific situation and budget.
Options could range from emergency repairs of visible damage, grinding and resealing of joints and protrusions, application of recommended primers and waterproofing coatings (acrylic, elastomeric, oil based, water based, textured), stucco and brick face resurfacing, sandblasting or abrasive blasting, pressure washing, spot or tuck pointing, lintel repairs, maintenance of expansion joints and much more.
Preventive Maintenance Program
Let 1Call Restore develop a property inspection and maintenance plan for you to prevent the unexpected headaches from emergencies caused by damage from rain, wind, leaves, ice, snow, tenants, foot traffic on the roof, debris, animals/pests, and vandalism.
Our Preventive Maintenance Program is designed to extend the life expectancy of almost any roof. We offer annual, semi-annual, quarterly and monthly packages.
All roofing manufacturers require a written record of inspections and maintenance in order to keep warranties in force.
Unfortunately, damage caused by a leaking roof may not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty if the required maintenance procedures are not followed.
All clients who have enrolled in our Preventive Maintenance Program will receive preferential scheduling, as well as, material cost discounts for any needed emergency service visits.
