Although there are literally 100’s of questions that could be asked, since we offer a very wide range of services, here are a few that are asked most frequently:

How do I sign up?

Contact your estimator or the office, submit your signed contract online, if possible, and arrange to make you deposit payment. Then you will be contacted by our Production Coordinator.

How long will my project take?

That depends on the type of project you are having done, if there are special order supplies needed, if building permits are needed and our current backlog of work. We will always do our absolute best to accommodate any scheduling needs you may have.

Do I need to be home when the crew begins work?

Realistically, most interior projects will require someone to be present but usually, most exterior work does not require your presence. In either case, we will coordinate with you in advance.

Will you clean up after the work is completed?

Yes, the crew will clean up and remove the majority of the debris that was related to our work. In addition, we will also schedule our white glove cleaning service for a more in depth cleaning of the area where we worked, if necessary.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we have financing options for residential projects, with no money down plans for up to 12 months and several options with low monthly payments for up to 10 years, with a company called EnerBank, the application hotline number is (866) 409-8300 and our contractor number 3013.

Do I need a permit?

If a permit is needed, we can assist in obtaining the permit and you will simply reimburse us plus a $75 processing fee.

How do maintenance plans work?

Maintenance programs are designed to help prevent and identify possible future issues before they occur. Depending on the type of service needed, maintenance plans can be done on  an annual, semiannual, quarterly or monthly schedule. Typically, we charge a set fee for a specific amount of time that the technician will be performing the maintenance visit and what materials he will most likely use on that visit. Any time or material used in excess will be billed additionally.

How long is the warranty?

The warranty will vary depending on the type of work you are getting done and you can find it on your contract proposal above the area which discusses the price.
